How is this different from hiring a management consultant?

Calluna focuses specifically on the people and structural side of organisational life — not strategy, finance, or operations. We work at a considered pace and produce written observations rather than large consulting reports. The scope is narrower and more personal.

What kind of organisations do you work with?

We work with small to mid-sized organisations across a range of sectors — typically those that have grown to a point where informal ways of working no longer serve the team well. Industry is less relevant than organisational maturity and the leader's readiness to look clearly at how things currently function.

How long does an engagement take?

The Team Health Review is a single session. Structure & Roles Advisory runs across four sessions, typically over six to eight weeks. The Organisational Development Programme spans twelve sessions and can extend across four to eight months depending on the organisation's pace.

Do you work in Bahasa Malaysia or English?

We work primarily in English, and our written documents are in English. Sessions can accommodate Bahasa Malaysia and English together where that suits the team's comfort — we find most Malaysian professional environments work fluidly across both.

How do you handle sensitive information shared during sessions?

All information shared with us is treated as confidential. We do not share individual comments or attributions in our written outputs — findings are presented in aggregate to maintain trust and encourage openness during the process.

What happens after the engagement ends?

The documents and playbooks we produce are designed to be usable without ongoing advisory support. We do offer follow-up sessions for organisations that want to check in after implementing changes — these are arranged separately based on need.
